The objective of this project is the development of a new methodology of analysis and diagnosis of the nutritional state of the vineyard and the development of new nutritional indicators for a better diagnosis and decision making when deciding the most appropriate measures to improve the health of the vineyard and therefore the final quality of the grape. This project will focus on the Tempranillo variety for the area of Mendavia where la Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin is established.
