The main objective of the Project is the obtaining of 6 varieties of “Platerina” of different dates of maturation that fulfill the demand of the market for the producer, the commercial, and the consumption sector. Thus, it will be necessary to evaluate the characteristics related to taste, texture, commercial hardness, and resistance to manipulation.
