El objetivo principal de este proyecto de innovación tecnológica es la automatización de la nueva línea de despiece que se implantará en las nuevas instalaciones que está construyendo la empresa en Nalda (La Rioja). Esta automatización permitirá que la calidad del despiece no dependa del equipo humano, posibilitando la rotación del personal en los diferentes puestos de la línea de producción, calidad más homogénea, reducción de riesgos sanitarios y reducción de costes. Todas las líneas dispondrán de certificación HACCP minimizando el contacto humano con el producto gracias al transporte automático.

The main objective of this technological innovation project is the automation of the new quartering line that will be implemented in the new facilities being built in Nalda (La Rioja). This automation will ensure that the quality of the quartering does not depend on the human team, making it possible to rotate the personnel in the different positions of the production line, more homogeneous quality, reduction of health risks and reduction of costs. All the lines will have HACCP certification, minimising human contact with the product thanks to automatic transport.
