DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF AN AUTOMATIC CUTTING SYSTEM IN THE CUTTING ROOM

The main objective of this technological innovation project is the automation of the new quartering line that will be implemented in the new facilities being built in Nalda (La Rioja). This automation will ensure that the quality of the quartering does not depend on the human team, making it possible to rotate the personnel in the different positions of the production line, more homogeneous quality, reduction of health risks and reduction of costs. All the lines will have HACCP certification, minimising human contact with the product thanks to automatic transport.
